Dream Team Care Ltd began its journey in 2023 with a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel valued, supported and cared for in the comfort of their own home.

We started by providing companionship services, helping individuals feel less isolated, stay connected and enjoy everyday life with greater confidence. Whether it was sharing a conversation, accompanying someone on an outing or simply being there to offer reassurance, our focus was always on making a meaningful difference.

As time went on, we began to recognise that many individuals and families needed more than companionship. They needed reliable, compassionate support with everyday activities and personal care, while still maintaining their independence, dignity and familiar routines.

 

This inspired us to take the next step.

Building on our experience and commitment to high-quality care, we worked towards expanding our services and meeting the regulatory standards required to provide personal care. In September 2026, Dream Team Care Ltd proudly achieved registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), marking an important milestone in our journey.

Today, we offer a wider range of home care services, including personal care, companionship, respite care, overnight support and live-in care, tailored to the individual needs and preferences of the people we support.

Although our services have grown, our values remain unchanged. We believe that good care is about more than completing tasks. It is about building relationships, listening with kindness, respecting choices and helping people feel safe, comfortable and valued.
