At Dream Team Care, strong leadership and a personal approach to care are central to the way we work.
Our Registered Manager, Sahra Sahibi, brings over 10 years of experience in adult social care, with a professional background covering hands-on care, care coordination, care planning and the management of home care services.
Throughout her career, Sahra has developed a strong understanding of the importance of safe care delivery, effective communication, safeguarding, staff development and person-centred support.
Her experience has shaped her belief that high-quality care begins with listening to people, understanding their individual needs and ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.
As Registered Manager, Sahra oversees the day-to-day management of Dream Team Care, including care quality, staff support, safeguarding, care planning and service improvement.
She takes a hands-on approach to management and believes in maintaining open communication with clients, their families and the care team.
